Create Your Own Syllabus for Unlearning

Inside this workshop we will reclaim research too queer for capitalism and too illegible for colonial order in our creative practices.

We will look at 3 different approaches to creating a syllabus to weave into a creative practice alongside case studies for each approach:

1. Expand Your Political Imagination: We will explore creating syllabi for the purposes of developing a critical politic. 💭
2. Syllabi As Dispatch: We will learn how to publish a syllabus as a newsletter or podcast in order to nurture our curiosity while nurturing our audience. 💌
3. DIY Graduate Program: Lastly, we will investigate how we can create our own syllabi for engaging in grassroots study outside of academia. What would your DIY MFA or PhD consist of? 📚
